Returns & refunds



Items must be sent back to us within 14 days from date of delivery receipt. We do not offer exchanges on postal returns. Any returns beyond this time will not be authorised.

 

Goods must be returned to us in original condition, with the original labels attached. The goods must be unwashed, unscented and in the same condition as original product. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy and the right to make changes to these terms at any time. 

Refunds may take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for further information.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on any item of jewellery. 

Postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded, and the cost of return is at your own expense.
